Commission for valou

10/10
"I find that rating out of 10 is not enough, I would have to give you 15 out of 10"
-May 5, 2024.

Commission for Per0xide

9.5/10
"It looks amazing!!"
-May 5, 2024.

Commission for Chocolancer

9/10
"Your shading is improving more and more. Still think there's room for more detailwork in your character art, but you've developed a style you can call your own, especially accounting all the stuff you've made so far. A friend who saw your ref sheet could see the amount of progress you made in one year
Especially now that you've started creating backgrounds again? Wow... I really think you should sell on this more"
-March 30, 2024.

Commission for Arca

10/10
"I would rate the commission a 10, I very much appreciated the communication and the many efforts you made to get a design I would love!"
-April 26, 2024.

Commission for Dorito

9/10
"I dunno, like a 9. I think it's wonderful!"
-April 29, 2024.

Commission for Chocolancer

9/10
"This is an easy 9. Your communication and interpretation is improving. Your workflow is consistent, which is a big plus. Can't comment on time since I haven't set any hard deadlines with my comm requests, but I've commissioned other talented artists with no timeline, and I end up having to wait anywhere from 1-2 months to hear back, so if we compare it against that you're doing really well with being on top of this."

Artist Rights.
• As the artist of the art pieces, all the rights to my artwork are mine. I have the right to use it in gallery art, art books, portfolios, examples for my page, Patreon, etc.
• To keep a commission private, which means not uploading it to my art galleries and social media, an extra fee will be added. Ask for it before the payment has been made.
• Rejected sketches could be used for future work and YCHs.
• In case I cannot continue with the commission process on my own, a full refund will be issued.
Client Rights.
• My commissions ARE NOT for commercial use and you CAN NOT use my art to generate income in any way unless:
- We talked about it and I gave you permission to do it
- You paid for the commercial rights of your commission.
• You CAN NOT use my art/commissions for anything related to artificial intelligence or NFT
• Signature is not removed.
• You can't take credit for my art by claiming that you made it.
• You can use it for any type of personal activity like stickers, emotes, banners, personal prints, posters, merch, posting on social media, etc.
• When you post my art on social media, you as the client, must give me credit by correctly writing my username and if possible, linking at least one of my social media or cardd.co page.
• Clients are allowed to edit the artwork. There should been a credit distinction between my work and the edits that had been made.

➜ Payment And Refunds

• Payment will be always in USD.
• I will always send you a Paypal invoice to your email, where you will be able to make the payment for your service.
• Payment plan options are available for commissions/payments of 80$ and up. The first payment is 50$ and it's not refundable in case the client or I cancel the commission due to payment tardiness. The rest of the payment must be made after the lineart phase.
• Refunds are only available during the sketch/rough sketch phase, where if you as for it, you will be refunded 50% of your payment. Once that phase has passed, refunds are not available. (I make it this way so I don't receive any refund, but in all my time working as a freelancer, no one has ever asked for a refund, so it's not really a necessary thing). Please keep this in mind when commission me.
• If I cannot continue with your commission due to problems on my part, you will be refunded 100%

➜ General Information/ Work process/ Edits.

➜General Information.
• You are purchasing a digital picture (PNG, JPG), not a PSD or printed version.
• You will receive via email the link to a drive folder where is the full-resolution image and one version for social media once it's finished. You must make sure you downloaded it to your computer/phone, the folder will be available for 1 month and then will be deleted.• Your commission will be depicted in my art style, meaning, when you commission me, you are accepting a variety of colors in your characters. I do not tend to use the exact colors of your character because I like to focus on the ambient and composition of the piece, which will affect the colors of your character, such as lighting, shadows, and ambient lights.• You can send me as many references for your poses, composition, or backgrounds, but all this will be interpreted by myself.• If the colors of your character are completely and noticeably off, a free adjustment or fix for it will be available.• After the commission is accepted and the payment is sent, your commission will be in progress and it will be delivered in 1 month at maximum (unless it's a no-rush commission).• What is a no-rush commission?
It is a type of commission that allows me to have extra time to finish other commissions and work on personal art. It will not take more than 1 and a half months.
• If a client client requests a deadline an additional fee may be added. This is up for discussion.

Work process.
My commission process may be varied depends on the type of commission, but I will explain, as an example, the process of one of my commission types: "Character Art Piece".
Note: This could change as time goes but I'll try to keep this updated. If I'm changing my work process or using a different process, I'll always mention it on my commission forms.
• A scene commission starts with a silly rough sketch, that looks like a stickman just to show the pose, composition, and body build of your character, (expect it to be very silly).• Next is a real rough sketch, most of the time looks like a preview of the result, like a thumbnail view where I set the composition and vibe of the art piece. Could include colors, patterns, and textures.• It continues with me lowering the opacity of the real rough sketch and drawing a clean and good proportionate lineart.• And last, is going straight to the final result unless I have to ask/show you something before continuing and finishing it.Extra info for work process:
• Keep in mind that I will not go any further on commissions until the commissioner approves the changes I have done or the wips I have sent.
•I can't wait forever for your approval, I try to have monthly planning and that implies trying to finish everything in the same month, please don't make me wait much longer than 2-3 days or I will leave a reminder to you.• I can start with another commission while I wait for your answer or approval.• If I take a day off because something out of my hand is happening I will let you know, via my social media or I will send you a private message.• I will always show you the wips while the process goes on and will try to keep you updated about the process in general anytime I can or if I have any advance.

➜Edits.
Keep in mind that you as a commissioner/client have to be sure of what you need from me, you can not experiment with me to change your character and idea multiple times.
I only grant free adjustments/fixes in case:
• You don't exceed the limit of changes that I establish below.
• I made a mistake or forgot something noticeable from the character reference or sheet/images and description of your character and commission.
• I say it's ok and won't charge any extra for it.
Otherwise, every fix/adjustment or change out of that will cost an extra 5$ per fix.
Changes per phase:At the rough sketch phase:
I can do any type of fix/addition and even change the composition.
Here, you can ask for 5 changes (which include, colors, patterns, accessories, shapes, expressions, position of a hand or leg, etc.) OR 2 major changes (posing of all characters, changing the background that is already sketched, etc.)
At the lineart phase:
You have 2 changes and no major changes can be made (for composition).
Final result:
You have 2 changes, only additions (for example, glasses) and minimal things, no major changes can be made.

➜ Notes

I must be treated with respect like any other human being and I expect a certain level of professionalism during the commissions progress, which includes:• Speak or make the effort to speak English. Please keep in mind that my native language is not English, so I probably won't understand colloquial phrases or expressions.
• Take the time to read and respond to what I am saying, and be clear to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings.
• I don't mind if you use silly emojis/gifs, "uwu, owo, nwn, ouo", and any variation, if you keyboard smash, or if you ask questions. You don't have to be formal, you only have to be clear and explain yourself the best you can.
• Read the sections of my terms and conditions that are relevant to you. I do not expect everyone to read my terms and conditions in full, especially for quick or small commissions. These are mostly for specify my limits and let you know my way of working/taking a commission.
• Communication Overall. If you no longer want a commission, have a question, or anything, please communicate these things to me.
If you have any questions about my terms and conditions, feel free to ask me about it.
To create these ToS, I drew inspiration from some artists's ToS and adapted it to set mine, the biggest inspiration was Reilukah.
Thank you, Fab.
