COMMISSIONS BASIC INFO

When commissions are open I announce them on my Telegram channel, Discord server, or Bluesky.

ORDERING A COMMISSION:

I use Google Forms to receive orders. There, you'll find basic and routine questions I need to get in touch and discuss further via DM.➜ These include: Your contact info, email, description of what you need, references, commission types, etc.
It's simple and straightforward to get started!

PAYMENT:

➜ All commissions are paid in advance.
➜ All payments are via PayPal invoices and USD.
➜ By commissioning me, you agree to pay for my current art skills at the time of the request.
➜ Payment plans are available for commissions over $80: The first payment is $50 (non-refundable) and is required upfront.
➜ The remaining balance must be paid after the Rough Sketch Phase.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

After I receive the payment for your commission, I will start as soon as possible.
I will keep you updated with every progress step during the process. I’ll send work-in-progress (WIPs) for you to review and request necessary corrections. Please refer to the "Edits" section in my terms and conditions for more detailed information about edits.Depending on the commission I can take between 2 weeks and 1 month to finish.

Every base reference sheet includes:
• 2 full-bodies (front and back), 1 bust, 1 chibi for clothes, color palette, and an info box.If you would like to add features:

FULL-SHADED

If you have a character you would love to see in my art style and a unique situation/scene, this is the best commission to ask for!

There are many reasons, one of which is that Fab has been incredibly responsive to all and any requests, before, during, and even after the work was done (I noticed a very small "mistake" after validating the final image, which he promptly corrected without complaining)...He provided me with creative insights when asked (what he would feel like would look the best between multiple given choices for instance) while still accepting additional inputsHe was extremely patient with me, for it often took me weeks to respond due to a busy life and... honestly being quite forgetful x3Not once did I feel like I was annoying him with my many requests, not once did I feel like I should refrain from asking freely about the design of my character.Finally, he has managed to put onto an actual refsheet, a character of mine I couldn't for the life of me describe correctly for decades.

Your communication and interpretation is improving. Your workflow is consistent, which is a big plus.
If we had to compare to when we did Jack way back we've done a lot better since.
I feel good with your phases. It was a little fuzzy in the end since you were done one and WIP on the other, but that was a very minor issue.

➜ ARTIST RIGHTS.

• I retain all rights to my artwork, including using it for galleries, portfolios, art books, Patreon, or promotional purposes.
• For commissions to remain private (not shared on social media or art galleries), an additional fee applies. Request this before payment.
• Rejected sketches may be reused for other projects or YCHs.

➜ CLIENT RIGHTS.

• Commissions are NOT for commercial use unless explicitly agreed upon and the commercial rights fee is paid.
• My artwork CAN NOT be used for AI-related projects, NFTs, or resold for income.
• The signature on my artwork must remain intact.
• You may use commissioned artwork for personal activities such as stickers, banners, posters, social media, etc., but proper credit is appreciated (include my username and a link to my profile if possible).
• You may edit the artwork, but credit must differentiate between my original work and the edits.

➜ PAYMENT AND REFUNDS.

• All commissions are paid in advance.
• By commissioning me, you are paying for my current skill level.
• All payments are in USD via PayPal. An invoice will be sent to your email for secure payment.
• Payment plans are available for commissions over $80**. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required, with the remainder due after the Rough Sketch Phase.
• Refunds are only available during the sketch phase, where 45% of the payment may be refunded. No refunds will be issued beyond this stage unless I cannot complete the work.
• If I am unable to fulfill your commission, a 100% refund will be provided.

➜ WHAT I WILL/WON'T DRAW.

• SFW and NSFW homoerotic content, including detailed backgrounds, armor/weapons, various body types, feral, species, and designs.
• Blood, horror, sad scenes, lingerie, size differences, and outfit design, etc.⮞What I Won’t Draw
• Knots, Insect characters, extreme fetishes, vore, CP, zoophilia, pedophilia, babyfur, NSFW feral, religious/political themes, or anything I find uncomfortable.

➜ PERSONAL PREFERENCES.

• SFW Favorites: Men, wolves, raccoons, foxes, otters, dragons, deers, bears, romantic, happy, interactions, friends or melancholic themes, slice-of-life, medieval, and outfit design.
• NSFW Favorites: Buff characters, men anatomy, underwear, slice-of-life, romantic/physical intimacy, and deeply emotive scenes.

➜ GENERAL INFORMATION.

• You will receive digital artwork in PNG/JPG format via email.
• My artwork emphasizes ambient composition, which may alter character colors slightly for lighting and mood. Minor color corrections are free upon request.
• Standard commissions are completed within one month; no-rush commissions may take up to 1.5 months.
• Deadlines require prior discussion and may incur additional fees depending on the deadline.

➜ WORK PROCESS.

This example is for the commission type: Full-shaded Fullbody.
• Initial Silly Rough Sketch to establish pose and composition.
• Detailed rough sketch follows, potentially including colors and textures.
• Clean lineart is created next. (This phase can be skipped if the lines are already clean or clear enough. You will be asked for permission to do so).
• Next is to go straight to the final result since the client was fine with the previous stages.
Note: I provide regular updates but will not progress without client approval.

➜ EDITS.

Free Edits:
All services include 3 free edits, from the sketch phase up until it is confirmed for completion.These edits include: changing expressions, altering colors, repositioning a part of the body, requesting improvements to a speficic part, enlarging or shrinking a muscle or body part, etc.Free edits that will not count towards your available adjustment limit:
• I forgot to include/add something previously discussed or that I said I would but didn't.
• I made an error in the design/anatomy/body build previously described or visible in the references of your character.
• You would like to make a simple color adjustment.
• I consider I could do better with a specific part and am willing to fix it completely.
• I don't think it's necessary to charge for it.Charged Edits:
Edits that will be charged ($5 for minor changes and $10 - $20 for major changes) before or after using your 3 free edits include the following:
• You forgot to mention something before and now it's too late.
• You didn't notice a visible error and confirmed the process could continue.
• You'd like to add something that was never mentioned until now.
• Make and edit that affects the whole composition after the silly rough sketch.
• Change the entire position of the character after the silly rough sketch.

ADITIONAL NOTES

• Treat all communication professionally and respectfully.
• My native language is not English; avoid overly complex colloquialisms.
• Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings.
• You don’t need to be formal; casual language or emojis are fine as long as your instructions are clear.
